Number of Sessions
Treatment plans are individualized and tailored to each individual client. The treatment plan is based on what your goals are, what you want to change, and what challenges you are facing. The treatment plan is always evolving and changing as you do. Therapy is a collaborative process and I prefer to work with you to determine the plan that is going to work best for you.
Generally, I see clients for between 2-10 sessions and have seen clients for up to 45 sessions. Ultimately, short-term therapy (2-10 sessions) is the goal of most treatment plans, as I believe it is important to make the changes as quickly as possible.
I see most of my clients once a week; however, depending on the issue, you may elect to come in every couple of days, every couple or weeks, or every couple of months. Appointments are available during the day, evening, and weekend. My schedule varies weekly depending teaching commitments, other professional commitments, and personal commitments.
