Directions

Collaborative Heath and Wellness is located in the southeast corner of Elbow Drive and Heritage Drive; parking is available above and below ground. Entrance to the second level professional offices can be found at either end of the building. Click here to see a map of our office.

C-Train

Get off at Heritage Station, and walk 3 block west up Heritage Drive to Elbow Drive, building is on your left hand side.

Buses

Route 73/72 travel north and south bound on Elbow Drive  respectively, and routes 80/79 travel west and east bound respectively on Heritage Drive.

Driving

Heading North on Elbow – turn right into the centre parking lot and park either in front or underground.
Heading South on Elbow – turn left onto heritage and then take immediate right into the centre parking lot .
Heading East on Heritage – go through the intersection and then take immediate right into the centre parking lot.
Heading West on Heritage – turn right onto 7th Street, then right onto 86 Ave, then right onto Elbow Drive then turn right into the centre parking lot.
